Meet Oral Surgeon
Marissa Bergthold, DDS
Dr. Bergthold grew up in Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks region before pursuing her undergraduate education at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Utah.
Dr. Bergthold completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Christiana Care in Delaware. During her residency, she received comprehensive training across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. She now enjoys focusing on corrective jaw surgery, benign pathology, and dental implant treatment.

Outside the Office
Outside of her practice, Dr. Bergthold enjoys staying active through weightlifting, volleyball, skiing, and hiking. She also looks forward to cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs in the fall.
